Delivery and pickup

Delivery terms are agreed by the manager after the commercial proposal has been received and checked. The method depends on product type, total quantity, weight and dimensions, delivery city and address, and the order readiness date.

Available options may include pickup, carrier delivery, address delivery, or delivery by the customer’s or Company’s transport by separate agreement.

The manager confirms the available method, indicative cost and delivery time before invoicing or while the order is being agreed. Delivery may be included in the invoice or paid directly to the carrier.

Delivery time is determined after stock or production lead time is confirmed. On receipt, the customer should check the number of packages and packaging integrity; any damage should be recorded in the carrier’s documents and reported to the manager.
