PACK SUMY processes contact information only for business communication, handling B2B requests, preparing commercial proposals, agreeing supply terms, invoicing and organising delivery.

We may process the contact person’s name, company name, phone number, email address, delivery details, request content, product specifications and files voluntarily supplied for a request. We do not request sensitive personal data through the standard request form.

Data may be shared only where necessary with Company employees and engaged specialists, hosting, CRM, email and information-system providers, carriers, banks, professional advisers, production or trading partners, or public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Data is retained only for the period reasonably necessary for these purposes, contract performance, statutory accounting and tax obligations, and protection of the Company’s rights. You may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, object to processing or withdraw consent by writing to packsumy@gmail.com.
